Welcome to Sivo. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use the Sivo iOS application and related services (the "App").

2 Information We Collect

To provide our automated task-extraction services, we collect:

• Account Data: Email addresses used for account registration and authentication.
• User-Generated Content (Processed Data): Emails that you actively choose to auto-forward or manually send to your unique Sivo receiving address.
• Device & Usage Data: Basic diagnostic data, app interaction metrics, and crash reports (via Apple TestFlight/App Store analytics) to improve stability.

3 How We Use Artificial Intelligence

Sivo relies on advanced third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract deadlines, tasks, and schedules from your forwarded emails.

Ephemeral Processing: Data sent to our AI partners is processed temporarily strictly for the purpose of generating your to-do list and is not retained by them.

4 Data Retention and Security

• Minimal Retention: We employ a "process-and-purge" architecture for raw emails. Once an email is successfully parsed and converted into a task or notification, the original raw email body is deleted from our active processing queue.
• Encryption: All data transfers between your device, our servers, and third-party APIs are secured using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.

5 Sharing Your Information

We are a productivity tool, not a data broker. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with essential third-party service providers (e.g., secure cloud hosting, databases) under strict data processing agreements (DPAs) solely to operate the App.

6 Your Data Rights

You maintain full control over your data. Within the App settings, you have the right to:

• Access the tasks and data we hold about you.
• Delete individual tasks or clear your entire to-do list.
• Permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers.
• Revoke your auto-forwarding setup at any time via your email provider.

7 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions like the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
